En el presente caso no se configuran las excepciones previstas para que la Corporación sea competente para hacer efectiva la decisión adoptada en la sentencia, para exigir su cumplimiento ó para adelantar un eventual incidente de desacato, pues no se advierte presencia de algunas de las causales de evidencia de un manifiesto incumplimiento de la decisión o que las mismas hayan resultado insuficientes o ineficaces.

- Primero. NEGAR la solicitud, promovida por el senor Ezequiel Arenas Morales contra el Tribunal Medico Laboral, (Ministerio de Defensa).
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion ORDENAR la remision de la copia del presente Auto y sus anexos al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga-Valle, para que se adjunte al expediente de tutela de la sentencia T-140 de 2008.
- Cuarto. Contra la presente providencia no procede recurso alguno.
